§ 11½-63. Local housing assistance program.

(a)

There is hereby created and established a local housing assistance program ("program") by the city, to be implemented and administered by the city.

(b)

The city shall implement the program, within the city, consistently with the requirements of the act. The strategies of the program will be outlined in the city's SHIP housing assistance plan.
