§ 10-9. Miscellaneous requirements for wrapping, sorting.

All garbage or debris which might contain any moisture shall first be wrapped in paper before being placed in the garbage receptacle. Bottles and cans shall be deposited in garbage receptacles for that purpose, other than receptacles used for the disposition of other garbage.
