§ 16. Local Office and Service.

The company shall provide an office, either in the City of Lauderhill or immediately adjacent to the City of Lauderhill, which shall be open during all usual business hours, have a listed telephone number, and be operated so as to adequately handle all complaints and requests for repairs for service from the residents of the City of Lauderhill in a prompt and efficient manner.
